If you are signed in, the quickest way to report a problem is to ask Maxidomo to file it — just say so in the chat. That sends us the report along with your name, your email address, the property’s address and a portion of the conversation it came from, so we can see what actually happened rather than guessing from a description. Maxidomo tells you at the moment it files.

If you would rather not send the conversation, email us instead and tell us only what you want us to know.

Maxidomo keeps the record of a property — every repair, document, vendor and reminder you have told it about — and answers questions about it in plain language. You can reach it in the web app, on iPhone, inside an AI assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, by email, or from a script.

• I cannot sign in. Sign-in works by a link sent to your email, or with a Google account. Check your spam folder first — the link expires, so ask for a fresh one if it has been a while.
• I want the texts to stop. Reply STOP to any message and Maxidomo stops texting that number immediately. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn urgent alerts off, or remove the number entirely, in your account settings — and our Privacy Policy says what Maxidomo sends and how often.
• Maxidomo read my document wrong. It happens; the assistant can be wrong. Correct the record directly, and tell us if it is consistently wrong about a kind of document — that is useful to know.
• I want my account deleted. You can delete it yourself, in your account settings — it happens immediately, and the dialog names what becomes of each property before you commit. Our Privacy Policy explains what that covers.
• Someone I do not know is in my property record. Contacts can be created from what a receipt says. You can remove any of them, and you can see who has access to a property in its settings.
• I want to build against Maxidomo. There is an API — see Developers.
